Surf, yoga, relax, chill out, Discover Costa Rica!

At Waves Costa Rica Surf School we understand that some chicas want to be pampered on Vacation. With that in mind, we have put this package together.
First and last days are travel days and are included as camp days. Please try to book your flight arriving on a Sunday and departing on a Saturday (7day packages) CAMP STARTS ON A MONDAY.
The Coco Deluxe package includes:
- Airport greeting and round trip transportation.**
- Beach front accommodations.
- Breakfast and dinner.
- Full body massage.
- Surf instruction.
- Yoga class.
- Waterfall tour.
- Bottled water.
** Airport pick-up round trip transfer (only on the Full packages).(Complimentary transfers for guests arriving on a Sunday and departing on a Saturday.
Guest arriving any other day: we offer discounted on way transfers for $60).
Getting there:
Upon your arrival in San José
you will be greeted by a Waves Costa
Rica representative outside the customs
gate. Then escorted from San José
to Jacó / Hermosa area. Straight
to Ola Bonita Beach front Villas.
The drive is around 2 hours. If conditions
allow it you will stop at the Crocodile
bridge and check out the 15 ft. Dinosaurs.
The Accommodations:
Magically hidden in Hermosa Beach
you will be accommodated at our partner Hotel Ola Bonita. The
hotel includes gardens
and swimming pool. Each room has
A/C, Hot
water and cable TV.
Surfing:
The first lesson you receive will
be on the beach, a theoretical lesson:
focusing on SAFETY, correct surfing
techniques and ocean awareness. We
will also be doing the “pop
up” drill. When you have this
down and are confident enough you
will proceed to enter the water with
your instructor always by your side.

Our instructors are certified
instructors and have vast ocean knowledge.
We are always “swimming”
around you; not like most schools
in the area that their instructors
take their surfboards out and surf
while you try to figure it out. The
surf lessons are scheduled around
the high tide. They are two hours
and includes all equipment (Surfboard,
sun shirt, fruit and bottled water
after each surf session)
Yoga:
 Yoga is always scheduled for Sunset.
Practiced at an indoor top of the
line ”dojo” Yoga is a
vast collection of spiritual techniques
and practices all aimed at integrating
mind, body and spirit and achieving
a state of enlightenment or oneness
with the universe.
The short answer is that yoga makes
you feel better. Practicing the postures,
breathing exercises and meditation
makes you healthier in body, mind
and spirit.
Yoga lets you tune in, chill out,
shape up -- all at the same time.
 The food:
Indulge on the freshest fruit and
seafood, not to mention the incredible
typical food. Most people before they
travel think they are going to loose
weight because maybe they won't
like the food, but when they try it
they can't believe how good,
healthy and delicious everything is.
The food alone is worth the trip!
For breakfast and Dinner, your Waves
tica guide will take you to variety
of wonderful restaurants in the Area.
- You will be receiving 6 litters
of bottled water per person to keep
in your room and a “welcome
to Adventures fruit basket”.
 Transportation:
In Costa Rica everything is really
close. You will be staying in Hermosa
Beach which is a little surfer's
town with only one bar and one internet
café and plenty of small hotels
and restaurants. Jacó, which
is only a 5 min drive away, you will
find everything, Banks, ATM machines,
internet café, souvenir shops,
Clinics, Drugs stores, supermarkets
and more. You can be driven to most
place by your Waves tica guide. Cab
rides are only $4 and pretty safe.
 Activities:
It would not be a vacation with out
some variety or with out getting to
know the area. Therefore the ticas
at Waves Costa Rica has put together
some for you: Waterfall tour, to the
3 pools waterfall one of the most
beautiful best kept secrets in the
area.
Full body massage given to you at
sunset right on the beach so you can
reach the sky.
Sunset Cocktails, at one of the most
breathtaking views in the area.
On the side you have a wide variety
of optional activities you can choose
from: Horseback ridding, Canopy tour
(Which is a must) ATV tour, Sport
fishing, hang gladding and more, Arenal
Volcano Tour, Kayaking tours, Crocodile
Tour, white water rafting, rain forest
aerial tram, Sky way walk, Tortuga
Island tour.
